Other extras
When you come to stay with us, we want to make sure you feel comfortable, at home and relaxed. Here are a few of the ways we do this. Let us know if you think of something else !
Wifi is available in all spaces. We also happy to help with printing and other office needs. Reception for most mobile networks is good.
Disabled access: the Lower Barn has been expressly designed with wheelchair guests in mind. The other facilities are also accessible – sometimes with assistance. Where appropriate, we are also happy to give people rides around the land on our sit-on mower or quad bike – Romy’s father’s favourite mode of transport! Here is our Access Statement (click) (TO DO)
Welcome pack: we are happy to provide some fundamentals for your arrival – Welsh milk and butter and local bread, eggs, bacon and jams. Please click here for more on this and let us know if you have any particular requests.
Massage and alternative therapies can be arranged at Tyddyn Retreat or nearby, with a range of wonderful practioners, all known to us. Please click here for a list of our recommendations. (TO DO)
Cycle storage: we have a lockable under-cover bike rack. You are welcome to leave your bike here if you go off for walks or other days out instead of cycling.
Dog friendly: we adore all animals and want to welcome your four legged friends as often as possible. And… we are surrounded by our neighbours’ sheep, so we need to care for them as well. Well-behaved dogs can be brilliant guests – please call us for arrangements, including a small charge.
Horse stabling: our Open Barn is available for stabling your horse over night, and we are creating trail links to friends in riding centres such as The Brandy House, in order to expand the range of riding adventures available in the area.
