King Arthur’s Labyrinth, at Corris nr Machylleth includes an underground trip in a boat through a waterfall, meeting all manner of myths and legends, and an opportunity to explore an amazing abandoned slate mine. Take a ride on the magical Welshpool and Llanfair Railway steam train (www.wllr.org.uk) through the lovely Banwy Valley. Run entirely by full-of-fun volunteers, there is a raft of special events throughout the year in addition to the regular timetable.
The Welsh language: we value and encourage the use of the Welsh language. The owner of the Centre is learning Welsh – loving it, and with quite a way to go!

- We love to help visitors to learn some Welsh
- We will be running weekend workshops at the Tyddyn Retreat to learn the Welsh language.
